Advisory committee was dissolved over gender quota as sixth miner dies

A mining advisory committee dissolved six months ago because the Queensland government was unable to make gender requirements has been reformed as the industry reels from its sixth death in 12 months.

Practically: to please harpies (feminists) THIS PIECE OF SHIT

Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk

has make mandatory for all the boards to have “gender equity”: that is 50% (50%, not even 40%) members of the board MUST be females, otherwise the board is gonna being dissolved…but…

OBIOUSVLY, THERE’S AN EXCEPTION FOR FEMALE-DOMINATED BOARDS!

OBIOUSVLY, THERE’S AN EXCEPTION FOR FEMALE-DOMINATED BOARDS!

OBIOUSVLY, THERE’S AN EXCEPTION FOR FEMALE-DOMINATED BOARDS!

Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk says her government is close to achieving its goal of equal gender representation on its boards.

Ms Palaszczuk told a Women on Boards event in Brisbane on Wednesday that 47 per cent of representatives on government boards and associated bodies were women.

That’s just shy of her government’s target of 50 per cent by 2020.

“If government can set the example that if we can have 50 per cent of women on boards by 2020, business, the community and other organisations will also go about making that change,” she said.

“They should make that change because we believe in equality.”

But THE PIECE OF SHIT is Lying!

It’s not about “gender equality!”

OBIOUSVLY, THERE’S AN EXCEPTION FOR FEMALE-DOMINATED BOARDS!

The directive is about “all the boards are required to have at least 50% women” so it will never force the female-dominated boards to be dissolved!

It has been forwared by the Minister of Women, not the Minister of Equality (there’s no such thing as “equality”, actually, it’s “women must rule”)

The lack of gender diversity on boards in Queensland is being challenged under a State Government initiative launched at Parliament House in Brisbane today.

Minister for Women Shannon Fentiman today announced the Towards Gender Parity: Women on Boards Initiative to increase the number of women on Queensland Government boards.

Ms Fentiman said the government last year set gender equity targets for all Queensland Government bodies to be achieved by 2020.

The targets stipulate that 50 per cent of all new board appointees to Queensland Government bodies must be women and there must be 50 per cent representation of women on the boards of Queensland Government bodies.

Worth also noticing, regarding the six deaths of the miners this year (so far):

The toll is in stark contrast to the previous financial year, when one Queensland mine worker was killed.

Naturally, since during last year there was a board striving to achieve a better safety on the workplace. But this board has been dissolved 7 months ago, due its lack of a proper number of lazy entitled women.

This blog’s solution:

FIRST: REMOVE THE EXCEPTION FOR THE FEMALE-DOMINATED BOARDS!

SECOND: FORCE A LOT OF LAZY ENTITLED WOMEN TO WORK IN THE MINES.

AND AT LEAST 6 LAZY ENTITLED WOMEN SHOULD DIE IN THE MINES DURING THE NEXT YEAR

BECAUSE

“They should make that change because we believe in equality.”

More and more lazy entitled women should die in the workplace: actually it’s 95% men.

It should be 50% men and 50% lazy entitled women.

Because

“They should make that change because we believe in equality.”

  1. Eric? OMG!

Of course, Queensland are not so worried by forest depletion, desertification and delouges that hit the land in the last years. This must be all men’s fault.

      1. I’m getting a bit tired of men having to always save the day. Lets just do what they say, and let women solve this problem. In fact, the work in the mines should be graded on how much a women can do so that every bit of production on top of that is overtime pay.

Men need to step back and just go with the flow. And now HOLD THESE WOMEN ON TOP ACCOUNTABLE & the MEN THAT PUT THEM THERE! Like it or not, MEN are the primary ones allowing this. Men need to take care of their own, and not worry about the world women want to achieve and let women do as they wish. If the government wants to run the boards, then they should just simply do what comes naturally, and start buying up the companies they want to run.

This is not about equality. This is to take away the one thing a man can do better. MAKE MONEY.
